I am leading the computer vision team at Embibe. Building the best image search engine with the help of self-supervised learning and knowledge graph to help students find solutions to their problems. Previously, I co-founded Veda Labs, a retail video analytics company. I bootstrapped machine learning and video analytics and built a team to maintain feature growth. I also lead the edge device architecture with efficiency, robustness, fault recovery and on-air updates principles. In past, I have been recognised for my roles in Qualcomm and startups like Omnipresent Robotics.

My most profound learning experience has been the journey of starting VedaLabs. Four years of this journey have provided me with expertise in Vision models, application development and data pipeline development. It has also taught me some important lessons ranging from chaos without proper experiment tracking or lean maintenance to the value of an intern vs a well-experienced resource for the growth of the startup. Throughout our journey, we got mentored by the industry's distinguished leaders, graduated from prestigious accelerators, worked with clients like VMart, Bluetokai, Pepsico, Panasonic, BMW, Microsoft and have been recognised by Forbes, Yourstory.

With 9 years of experience, I have touched most aspects of computer vision applications. Nowadays, I am working on self-supervised learning techniques and vision transformers to push the envelope.
